Incentive Travel Spain

Crossover Conferences & Events designs and delivers incentive travel programmes across Spain for international companies. We have been operating from Barcelona since 2003, creating reward trips that combine exclusive experiences, seamless logistics and destinations your top performers will remember.

Spain consistently ranks among Europe’s top incentive destinations. Year-round climate, international accessibility, world-class gastronomy and a cost-to-value ratio that outperforms France, Italy and the UK. Whether you are rewarding a sales team of 20 or an entire division of 300, Spain offers the range to match.

Accommodation

Hand-picked hotels matched to your group size, budget and programme style — from boutique city-centre properties to five-star coastal resorts. We negotiate group rates and manage all rooming logistics.

Experiences and Activities

This is what separates an incentive trip from a hotel stay. We design activities that connect your group to the destination — vineyard tours with private tastings, cooking workshops with local chefs, sailing regattas, 4×4 mountain excursions, guided cultural tours, sunset dinners at private estates. Every activity is tested by our team before we offer it to clients.

Gala Dinners and Evening Events

From rooftop terraces overlooking Barcelona to flamenco tablao evenings in Seville, we source and produce evening events that create the highlight of the trip. Full production: venue, catering, entertainment, lighting, branding.

Transport and Logistics

Airport meet-and-greet, private coach transfers, inter-city travel, shuttle rotations between venues. We manage all ground transport so your group moves smoothly from arrival to departure.

Branding and Welcome Packs

Personalised welcome materials, branded signage, gift packs, room drops — the details that make your programme feel intentional and premium from the moment delegates arrive.

Programme Management

One dedicated project manager from first briefing to final invoice. We build the itinerary, manage every supplier, run the programme onsite and handle contingency if anything changes.

  • Barcelona: Mediterranean energy, architecture, gastronomy and nightlife. Barcelona is our home base and the most requested incentive destination in Spain. Rooftop venues, beachside dining, sailing, wine country within an hour.
  • Madrid: Spain’s capital delivers elegance and scale. World-class restaurants, iconic cultural venues, excellent five-star hotel stock. Strong choice for incentive programmes that combine sophistication with accessibility.
  • Seville: No Spanish city creates atmosphere like Seville. Flamenco, tapas culture, orange-tree courtyards and some of the most dramatic private event venues in Europe. Ideal for incentive trips built around authentic cultural immersion.
  • Mallorca: Island setting with luxury infrastructure. Private fincas, coastal excursions, cycling, golf, wine tours. Thirty minutes from the airport to most venues. Works particularly well for three- to five-day incentive programmes.
  • Ibiza: Beyond the clubs — Ibiza offers farm-to-table dining, stunning private villa venues, yoga retreats and creative energy. A strong choice for incentive groups looking for something unexpected.

Costa del Sol: Sun, golf and resort-level infrastructure. A reliable choice for relaxed incentive programmes, particularly for groups travelling from Northern Europe. Excellent value across accommodation and activities.

This is one example. Every programme is built from scratch based on your group size, objectives and budget.

How much does an incentive trip to Spain cost?

It depends on group size, duration, destination and programme level. As a rough guide, a three-day incentive programme for 50 people in Barcelona typically ranges from €30,000 to €80,000 all-in covering accommodation, activities, dining, transport and programme management. We provide fully itemised proposals so you see exactly where your budget goes.

What group sizes work for incentive travel?

We run incentive programmes for groups from 15 to 500. Smaller groups allow more exclusive, high-touch experiences. Larger groups require more logistical coordination but benefit from better negotiated rates on accommodation and venues.

How far ahead should we plan an incentive trip to Spain?

For peak season (May–June, September–October), six to nine months is ideal. For off-peak periods, three to four months is usually workable. Popular destinations like Barcelona and Mallorca book up fast, so earlier is better.

What makes Spain different from other incentive destinations?

Climate, value and variety. Spain offers year-round sunshine, international flight connections from most European cities, world-class gastronomy, and a cost-to-value ratio that consistently beats France, Italy and the UK. You can combine beach, city and countryside within a single programme.

Can you run incentive programmes in Portugal as well?

Yes. We operate across both Spain and Portugal. If your programme includes Lisbon, Porto or the Algarve, visit our Incentive Travel Spain & Portugal page or get in touch and we will build a cross-border itinerary.
